Our quoting system uses AI to analyze your project description and answers to generate accurate price estimates. To improve pricing accuracy over time, we use quote data as follows:

• What we use: Project descriptions, answers to clarifying questions, project category, and the resulting price estimate
• What we never use: Your name, email address, phone number, or payment details are never included in AI training data or shown to other users
• How it appears: Your project may appear as an anonymized "similar project" in other users' quote results (e.g., "Ecommerce platform - $4,200") without any identifying information

Opting out: You can opt out of AI training data usage by marking your quote as private. Private quotes are completely excluded from AI training, similar project searches, and comparable project displays.

There are two ways to make your quote private:

• Free with project purchase: Check the "Make this project private" box during checkout at no extra cost when you hire us to build your project
• Standalone privacy ($15): You can make your quote private for a one-time $15 fee from the quote details page

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who help us operate our business (payment processing, hosting, analytics)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to respond to legal process
• Protection: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• Consent: With your consent or at your direction
