1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AgentCIPHR's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

AgentCIPHR provides custom software development services using AI-assisted development methodologies. Our services include:

  • Custom software development
  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • AI and machine learning solutions
  • Cloud infrastructure setup
  • API development and integration

3. Project Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Changes to project scope
  • Additional requirements discovered during development
  • Complexity factors not initially identified

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

4. Quote Data and AI Training

When you submit a project description and answer questions through our quoting system, your responses are used to generate your price estimate. By default, your project description, answers to questions, and the resulting quote may also be used to:

  • Improve the accuracy of future quotes for similar projects
  • Train and refine our AI pricing models
  • Appear as an anonymized comparable project in other users' quote results (e.g., "5 similar projects found")

Your personal information (name, email, phone) is never shared with other users or used in comparable project displays. Only anonymized project characteristics and pricing data are used.

Privacy opt-out: If you do not want your quote data used for AI training or shown as a comparable project, you have two options:

  • Free with project purchase: If you hire us to build your project, you can mark your quote as private at no additional cost during checkout.
  • Standalone privacy ($15): You can make your quote private for a one-time $15 fee from the quote details page. Private quotes are excluded from AI training and will not appear as comparable projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

  • Deposit: 25% of the quoted price is due before work begins
  • Final Payment: Remaining 75% is due upon project completion and before final delivery

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for enterprise clients.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the custom code developed specifically for your project. This includes:

  • Source code
  • Documentation
  • Design assets created for your project

AgentCIPHR retains rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, or tools used in development that were not created specifically for your project.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all project information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your project details, business information, or any proprietary data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Project Revisions

Our quotes include reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Major scope changes or additional features beyond the original specification may require additional payment. We will always discuss and agree upon any scope changes before proceeding.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery, during which we will fix any bugs or issues related to the original specifications at no additional cost.

Extended support and maintenance agreements are available for ongoing projects.

10. Limitation of Liability

AgentCIPHR's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of deposit
  • After work begins: Payment for work completed to date, with delivery of all completed work

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
